Yumiao Hui’s paper, advised by Drs. Lingxiao Wang and Shan Yu, entitled "Measuring Geographic Heterogeneities in Group Effect Using Semi-parametric Spatial Effect Models under Complex Survey Sampling Designs," has received an Honorable Mention for the 2026 ASA Survey Research Section Student Paper Competition.
